Responsibilities

• Provide technical and organizational support for projects, products, and programs in the final assembly of large systems
• Organize production planning, including the creation and maintenance of manufacturing plans and instructions
• Record and manage production aids (FHM)
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Management to ensure material availability
• Support the determination of standard times and assist in creating offers, calculations, and quantity structures

Requirements

• Completed training as a state-certified technician or Master Craftsman in a technical field
• Proven experience in production planning or work preparation
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience using SAP
• Basic training in REFA or MTM
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Good command of the English language
