Responsibilities

• Billing of outpatient treatments in our institute clinics, especially emergency, BG, and §115b outpatient surgery
• Coordinating and ensuring timely, deadline-compliant, and correct billing of outpatient hospital services
• Correcting case data and invoice corrections
• Performing cost security procedures
• Telephone and written correspondence with patients, relatives, and cost bearers

Requirements

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience in billing outpatient medical services (e.g., from a doctor's office)
• Knowledge of the EBM (Einheitlicher Bewertungsmaßstab)
• Willingness to undergo professional further training
