About the Company

H2O Church Cincinnati exists to pursue, love, and disciple students at the University of Cincinnati. Reliant is a faith-based nonprofit that partners with missional churches and Gospel-centered nonprofits to mobilize support-based missionaries for the Great Commission, providing resources, training, and support for raising financial and prayer support.

Responsibilities

• Pursue, introduce, and disciple college students into followers of Jesus Christ
• Engage in mission work tailored to individual passions, convictions, and spiritual gifts
• Participate in the process of raising financial and prayer support
• Work as part of a family-like staff team to advance the kingdom

Requirements

• A calling to ministry and disciple-making
• Readiness for ministry assessment and moral conduct evaluation
• Ability to undergo a multi-stage assessment and interview process
