Mission Trainer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards
• Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals
• Maintain training material within assigned educational systems like AGILE or TDC
• Review emerging policy and doctrine publications for incorporation into training products
• Develop and maintain training records, tracking systems, and attendance rosters
• Engage with organizations to identify site requirements including classrooms and network connectivity
• Provide training for web technologies, portals, and applications at customer locations
• Conduct After Action Reviews (AAR) and consolidate student feedback
• Participate in in-house training, Mobile Training Teams (MTTs), and virtual course offerings
• Manage course information and attendance via Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS)

Requirements

• 5 years of experience conducting training at multiple U.S. geographic locations
• Experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards
• Experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences
• Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Associates degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
• High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
