Mission System Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate within a cross-functional environment to manage budgets, resources, and reporting
• Ensure maintenance requirements and requests are planned, scheduled, and managed according to program priorities
• Monitor and control maintenance activities to ensure completion within budget, schedule, and quality outcomes
• Maintain Quality and EH&S standards in alignment with company policies
• Practice excellent stakeholder management to maintain effective relationships with customers and internal teams

Requirements

• Experience supervising a diverse team of trade and technical professionals
• Demonstrated experience in systematic maintenance management of critical assets
• Exposure to Engineering Change Management processes
• Proven ability to lead with a core focus on safety
• Diploma in IT, Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance
