Responsibilities

• Deploy, debug, and integrate Method platform into customer environments and security stacks
• Troubleshoot Method Platform operations with users
• Map and understand technical workflows from users and create solutions with Method Engineering
• Develop security tools to integrate directly into Method Platform
• Create and manage test range environments for onboarding, training, and testing
• Serve as the customer facing technical and security expert
• Collaborate with engineers to develop new features and user experiences

Requirements

• CS degree or cybersecurity degree
• Proficiency in software development and prototyping
• Experience in Python or Go preferred
• High agency mindset and ability to solve issues proactively
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-security stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an infosec organization
• Familiarity with security workflows, tools, and automation
• Familiarity with container security, cloud security, or infrastructure-focused security domains
• Familiarity with offensive security
