Mission Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive program execution by managing schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Drive mission execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, leadership, and external stakeholders
• Lead problem-solving efforts by identifying risks, gathering stakeholders, and driving decision-making
• Build and manage integrated mission schedules, resource plans, priorities, and dependencies
• Coordinate personnel and cross-functional contributors across multiple workstreams
• Establish accountability across teams and proactively remove blockers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
• 5+ years of technical project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex programs from inception through delivery
• Proven track record of creative problem solving in fast-moving environments
