Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear updates on satellite bus development
• Coordinate deliverables across design, engineering, and manufacturing teams
• Implement and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and roadblocks
• Facilitate communication between customers and technical teams by translating technical jargon
• Address and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
• Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and tools

Requirements

• U.S. Person status (required for export controlled data access)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of technical project management experience, preferably in space, aerospace, or defense
• Experience managing complex technical projects with tight timelines
• Understanding of satellite technology, systems, and space industry trends
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
