Mission Critical Construction Manager (MEP)

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating, cost control, forecasting, and trend analysis
• Support change order control, risk assessment, and management
• Help with forensic schedule analysis and earned value management
• Assist in progress measurement, reporting, and productivity analysis
• Support subcontractor, vendor, and field engineering tasks
• Contribute to site safety and overall product quality during data center expansions

Requirements

• Construction management, electrical, mechanical, or technical certification from a 2- to 4-year program
• Must have graduated in 2023 or later
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work onsite in the Northern Virginia/Dulles area with a 6:00 AM start time
• Ability to travel as needed
• Must be a local candidate (no relocation assistance provided)
• US work authorization required without current or future visa sponsorship
