Mission Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive test vehicles for long-distance local missions and multi-day trips across the U.S.
• Perform daily start-up, engagement, disengagement, and shutdown procedures for development vehicles
• Execute testing in accordance with strict safety and compliance protocols
• Assemble, modify, and repair prototype assets using hand tools and computer software
• Diagnose physical and operational issues and communicate findings to engineering teams
• Document configuration management, diagnostic events, and asset health using automated tools
• Analyze performance through a product-focused lens to capture findings for developers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of employment experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet minimum driving record requirements
• Technical proficiency with computers, including terminal commands and GitHub
• Proficiency with work management tools like Jira and Slack
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware
• Ability to pass ten-panel drug screening and criminal background checks
• Ability to travel, including air travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience in technical driving, fleet operations, or vehicle testing environments
