Mission Advancement Senior

Responsibilities

• Guide Defense and Security clients through complex change initiatives to achieve strategic mission goals
• Collaborate with research scientists, data engineers, and intelligence analysts to develop innovative analytic tools
• Leverage AI capabilities, including computer vision, Generative AI, and multi-modal models, to inform mission-driven solutions
• Design effective solutions in dynamic, high-pressure environments to solve challenging problems
• Engage directly with senior client leadership to deliver impactful outcomes

Requirements

• Active and maintained Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or mission support for DoD or IC federal customers
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to support analytic tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AI capabilities (Computer Vision, Generative AI, multi-modal models)
• Expert knowledge of DoD and IC policy apparatus for AI and the NDAA
• Understanding of software capabilities and DevSecOps processes
• Knowledge of the transition process from rapid capabilities to operations and sustainment
• Experience with program management methodologies or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experience in strategic communications and advising senior leaders on transformational activities
