About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce concrete according to standards and deadlines, coordinating distribution to mixer trucks and self-collectors
- Operate, control, monitor, and maintain concrete mixing plants to ensure smooth production processes
- Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production specifications
- Monitor incoming goods and inventory, coordinating the timely ordering of raw and auxiliary materials
- Perform quality controls, maintenance, cleaning, and repair work to ensure plant availability
- Drive mixer trucks to deliver concrete as needed
- Support general plant activities and the monitoring of recycling processes
Requirements
- Completed training as a process mechanic for ready-mixed concrete or a comparable technical/craft qualification (e.g., industrial mechanic, concrete builder, or plant operator)
- Ideally, experience in concrete production or operating mixing plants
- Valid Class CE driver's license
- Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Reliable, independent, and responsible working style
- Customer-oriented mindset and high awareness of quality standards
