MIS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build the architecture to deliver highly reliable MIS to drive collections strategies across the International Banking division
• Design and automate applications, reports, and scorecards to measure and control collections performance
• Automate data collection from multiple sources to optimize report generation processes
• Perform analytics on Collections and Recovery trends to identify causes and actionable insights
• Model portfolio performance and forecast delinquency and loss impacts across different roll rate scenarios
• Perform capacity planning for all sites and hubs
• Standardize reports to provide operational governance and identify best practices across hubs

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python programming
• Experience handling, transforming, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources
• Strong analytical and mathematical background
• English proficiency at a B1+ level
• Degree in statistics, computer science, commerce, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, and VBA
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAS, Business Objects, or Power BI
• Working knowledge of retail credit products
