MIS Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build, analyze, and manipulate large volumes of data from multiple sources to maintain a robust data architecture.
• Design, develop, and monitor data quality metrics to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information.
• Create and maintain executive reports and dashboards to support decision-making for management and board members.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Act as an analytical partner for internal clients and international teams, supporting requirements definition and incident resolution.
• Provide technical support and methodological guidance to other analysts to promote analytical maturity within the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
• Solid experience in data architecture, manipulation, and handling large datasets from multiple sources.
• Proven track record in designing and maintaining executive-level dashboards and reports.
• Experience in process automation for analytics and reporting.
• Experience in data governance and monitoring data quality metrics.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level) for regular interaction with teams in Canada.
