About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports regarding inventory, order fulfillment, and transportation.
- Monitor and analyze key logistics KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and turnaround time.
- Ensure data accuracy within ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports for management review and track customer-specific SLAs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics operations and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Manage order processing, service escalations, and ensure timely closure of service tickets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS reporting, customer service, or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a 3PL, warehousing, or supply chain environment.
- Knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Familiarity with Power BI.
- Background in FMCG logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or distribution.
