MIS & Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports regarding inventory, order fulfillment, and transportation.
• Monitor and analyze key logistics KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and turnaround time.
• Ensure data accuracy within ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports for management review and track customer-specific SLAs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics operations and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Manage order processing, service escalations, and ensure timely closure of service tickets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in MIS reporting, customer service, or logistics operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a 3PL, warehousing, or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Background in FMCG logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or distribution.
