Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time cameras and control platforms to ensure operational safety.
• Detect and report unusual events or high-risk situations immediately.
• Prepare daily activity reports, incident logs, and follow-up documentation.
• Coordinate incident response with the appropriate internal departments.
• Verify the proper functioning and maintenance of monitoring systems.

Requirements

• Completed high school diploma (Bachillerato) or a technical degree in a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in monitoring, security, operations, or incident response.
• Basic knowledge of video surveillance systems, GPS tracking, or digital monitoring platforms.
• Proficiency in computer tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and monitoring software.
• Full availability to work rotating shifts.
