About the Company
The Revolution’s mission is to love God and love those at Ball State and in Muncie, Indiana. For over 40 years, we have been serving on Ball State’s campus, seeking to help students encounter and follow Jesus during their college years. Reliant is a faith-based nonprofit that partners with missional churches and Gospel-centered nonprofits to mobilize support-based missionaries.
Responsibilities
Depending on the specific role, staff members may serve in areas such as:
- Outreach
- Discipleship
- Worship
- Sound
- Small group leadership
- Event planning
- Children’s ministry
Requirements
- Readiness for a ministry role
- Alignment with moral and character-based standards for ministry
- Ability to raise financial and prayer support through Reliant's training and resources
