About the Company
Silver Creek Materials is one of the largest sand, aggregate, mulching, composting, and recycling facilities in the DFW area. Located on the west side of Fort Worth, we are a team of hard workers dedicated to moving industries forward through grit and purpose.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage clients face-to-face, and close deals in a hunter sales role
- Grow and manage existing and new accounts
- Assist with quotes and product samples
- Utilize sales tools and prospecting websites to identify opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong network within the customer business
- Collaborate with Mining Operations and Finance departments
- Adhere to all applicable safety policies and standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales
- Experience with CRM software (NetSuite experience is a plus)
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits
- Strong strategic and systematic thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Construction industry experience
- Bilingual skills
