Mining Camp Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily camp operations, including food services and housekeeping
• Manage camp accommodation and oversee on-site staff
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll files, and weekly reporting
• Coordinate logistics for food, product, and equipment deliveries to the site
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and site representatives
• Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety (SST) policies and quality control standards
• Monitor project performance and communicate updates to the Project Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing kitchen or housekeeping teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability and willingness to work in remote environments on a 14-14 fly-in/fly-out rotation
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
• Advanced knowledge of hospitality and catering disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in remote workforce accommodation camps
