Responsibilities

• Represent the premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
• Provide professional sales service and expert advice to customers in the premium segment
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
• Work independently within the sales team to achieve goals
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to assist with product presentation
• Handle cash register operations and process customer returns or complaints

Requirements

• Previous experience in textile retail is preferred
• High affinity for sales and customer service
• A motivating, confident personality with strong social competence
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A proactive, hands-on mentality
