About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent the premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
- Provide professional sales service and expert advice to customers in the premium segment
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
- Work independently within the sales team to achieve goals
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to assist with product presentation
- Handle cash register operations and process customer returns or complaints
Requirements
- Previous experience in textile retail is preferred
- High affinity for sales and customer service
- A motivating, confident personality with strong social competence
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A proactive, hands-on mentality
