Minesite Cleaning Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Minesite Cleaning department operations across the mining village
• Lead safety compliance, safe work practices, and risk management on site
• Conduct inspections and report on grounds condition and required improvements
• Allocate tasks, support training, and provide leadership to grounds team members
• Assist with general hand and utility duties as required by site operations
• Liaise with site management to ensure service delivery expectations are met

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in cleaning or hospitality
• Full Australian working rights
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport to site
• Strong understanding of Safe Work Practices
• Ability to pass a functional pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test, and police clearance
• Physically fit and able to work in Central Queensland weather conditions
