Mineral Resources Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead extraction, crushing, and premix construction activities within the assigned area
• Coordinate prospecting and exploration activities to identify necessary mineral resources
• Manage the acquisition of all necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations (mineral resources, environment, water, urbanism, forestry, etc.)
• Ensure all activities comply with current legislation, quality standards, environmental regulations, and Health and Safety (SSM) requirements
• Manage technical documentation for exploration and exploitation permits in collaboration with authorized legal entities
• Oversee topographic measurements to identify excavated volumes and prepare quarterly/annual reporting for ANRM
• Coordinate with the legal department to manage land acquisition processes, including concession and lease contracts

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Geology or Mining
• Strong knowledge of legislation regarding the identification, evaluation, and exploitation of mineral substances
• Understanding of mining exploitation technologies, specifically open-pit mining and drilling/blasting methods
• Knowledge of mineral resource identification and valuation relevant to the construction materials industry
• Advanced proficiency in English
• High level of integrity, collaboration, and initiative for continuous improvement
• Strict commitment to Health and Safety (SSM) regulations
