Miner Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostic and repair techniques on all on-site miners
• Assist in maintaining inventory of miners, parts, and tools
• Identify IP addresses for new machines being installed
• Provide complete information for work orders to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized miner repair room and work area
• Craft new RJ-45 connections

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Computer literacy
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Physical ability to climb ladders, access tight spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a data center environment with high noise and varying temperatures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with networking and computer troubleshooting
• Miner repair or operator certifications
