Mine Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mine infrastructure activities, including earthmoving, drainage, slope regrading, and mine signaling.
• Manage ore screening operations for both plant and mobile units in accordance with the shielding plan.
• Oversee mine plan development and ensure compliance with production targets and environmental policies.
• Manage human, financial, and material resources, including the development of annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Validate scopes and monitor contracts for materials, supplies, and services to meet mine requirements.
• Implement risk management processes and ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Act as a liaison between the company and stakeholders, including suppliers, local communities, and public agencies.
• Lead and develop the team to drive engagement and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering and/or Geology.
• Active CREA registration.
• Previous experience in a similar coordination role within the mining industry.
• Availability to reside in the Barro Alto-GO region.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
