Millwright - Industrial Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a production environment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including disassembling/reassembling machinery, overhauling gearboxes, and replacing bearings
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program for plant equipment
• Execute work in accordance with plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks
• Participate in work planning processes utilizing work orders, planners, and part staging

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) license or equivalent trade experience
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance
• Ability to operate trade-specific machinery including lathes, vertical mills, band saws, and drill presses
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, midnights), overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid license or experience as a Machinist and/or Welder
• Proficiency in welding
