Milling/Singulation Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced milling nesting software to orient and support dental products like crowns, bridges, and abutments
• Troubleshoot and solve process, equipment, and technology issues within a fast-paced digital lab environment
• Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards and nesting operating procedures
• Identify and communicate workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address production bottlenecks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0-2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks including occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs
• High level of comfort with digital tools and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental lab, specifically in milling or nesting departments
• Deep knowledge of nesting software, specifically hyperDent
• Experience working with Arum mills (e.g., 5X-500, 5X-500L, 5X-200)
• Experience nesting or milling custom titanium abutments
