Military Intelligence Growth, Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Identify potential opportunities in Military Intelligence through collaboration with delivery and project teams
• Manage pipeline reviews and ensure opportunities are accurately recorded in Compass
• Lead the shape, capture, and pursue processes, including reviewing RFIs and White Papers
• Participate in color teams to ensure high-quality, compelling proposal responses
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth initiatives with organizational goals
• Act as an innovation partner to conceptualize new MI solutions and GTM plans
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior AI leaders to support AI-first delivery and growth strategies

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in applied technology
• 15+ years of experience in defense consulting and market development
• Deep understanding of Military Intelligence (MI) missions and capability demand signals
• Strong professional network across the MI community and technology space
• Proven experience as a P&L leader managing diverse portfolios
• Demonstrated ability to incubate new market-viable capabilities using emerging technology
• Executive presence with the ability to bridge engineering and C-suite stakeholders
