Military Exercise Planner

Responsibilities

• Integrate Air Component capabilities into joint and Army Warfighter exercises
• Coordinate with senior military leaders to plan and synchronize air-ground operations
• Apply knowledge of Theater Air Control System (TACS) and Army Air-Ground System (AAGS)
• Integrate functional specialties including AOC, JACCE, JAGIC, and TACP
• Write and integrate Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) storylines
• Utilize AOC C2Core and exercise planning tools in operational environments
• Represent the Air Component at conferences and during event execution

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• BS degree
• 3 years of AOC, ASOG, or ASOS experience in operations, planning, or instruction
• 3 years of AOC, ASOC/JAGIC, or TACP experience as an operations or plans officer
• 3 years of experience with Air Force C2Core and Army Mission Command Systems
• Participation in two or more AOC/ASOC/TACP Joint exercises
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro

Preferred Qualifications

• MS degree
• Experience with AFFOR or MAJCOM Staff level
