Milieu Therapist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate curriculum-based groups
• Provide meal monitoring and support
• Document groups, meals, patient check-ins, and observations
• Provide milieu support including de-escalation and crisis management
• Conduct self-harm and suicide assessments
• Implement individual behavior management plans
• Serve as clinical lead for standalone programs during evenings and weekends
• Provide coverage for Primary Therapists

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health or related degree program
• Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related degree program
• Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board
• Minimum 18 months of experience in behavioral health (waived with relevant master's degree)
• Weekend availability required

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience facilitating groups
