Milieu Therapist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate curriculum-based groups
• Provide meal monitoring and support
• Document groups, meals, and patient observations
• Manage de-escalation and crisis situations
• Conduct self-harm and suicide assessments
• Implement individual behavior management plans
• Provide coverage for Primary Therapists

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related field
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board
• 18 months of experience in behavioral health (waived with relevant Master's degree)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience facilitating groups
