Milieu Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate curriculum-based therapeutic groups
• Provide meal monitoring and support
• Document groups, meals, patient check-ins, and observations
• Provide de-escalation and crisis management
• Conduct self-harm and suicide assessments
• Implement individual behavior management plans
• Collect weights, vitals, and urine samples as required
• Support morning routines in Inpatient/Residential programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in behavioral health or related field
• For Colorado Residential Child Care facility roles: must be at least 21 years of age (or 18 with direct supervision of a teammate over 21)

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field
• Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board
• 1+ year of experience facilitating groups
• 18+ months of experience in behavioral health (for MC II level)
