Milieu Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate curriculum-based therapeutic groups
• Provide meal monitoring and support
• Document groups, meals, patient check-ins, and observations
• Manage de-escalation and crisis situations
• Conduct self-harm and suicide assessments
• Monitor patient activities including bathroom breaks and outside breaks
• Collect vitals, weights, and urine samples in specific settings
• Implement individual behavior management plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or a related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in behavioral health (for MC I)
• Minimum 18 months of experience in behavioral health (for MC II)

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or a related field
• Intern or associate license from a state licensing board
• 1+ year of experience facilitating groups
