Milieu Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate curriculum-based therapeutic groups
• Provide milieu management including de-escalation and crisis management
• Perform behavior coaching and safety checks for self-harm or suicide
• Support morning routines and monitor patient safety
• Collect vitals, weights, and urine samples in specific settings
• Document groups, meals, patient check-ins, and observations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6 months of behavioral health experience required (for Level I)
• 18 months of behavioral health experience required (for Level II, waived with relevant Master's)
• Understanding of de-escalation techniques and ACT/DBT skills training
• Knowledge and application of Trauma Informed Care

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health or a related field
• Clinical associate or intern license
• 1+ year of experience in group curriculum facilitation and therapeutic milieu skills
