Milieu Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate curriculum-based therapeutic groups
• Provide meal monitoring and support
• Document groups, meals, patient check-ins, and observations
• Provide milieu support including de-escalation and crisis management
• Conduct self-harm and suicide assessments
• Implement individual behavior management plans
• Collect weights, vitals, and urine samples in certain settings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or a related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in behavioral health (MC I)
• Minimum 18 months of experience in behavioral health (MC II)
• Ability to work onsite in Northbrook, IL on Tuesdays and Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or a related field
• Intern or associate license from a state licensing board
• 1+ year of experience facilitating groups
