Migration Execution Team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the migration of existing clients to the new FPSL model within agreed timescales
• Complete money movement on member accounts and reconcile member positions post-transition
• Manage the timing of events and develop, monitor, and update project plans and task lists
• Identify operational issues and recommend changes to the Project Manager
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Project Managers and other workstreams
• Provide quality control for other team members and support the team in meeting urgent deadlines
• Establish and follow detailed procedures for plan administration across Client Management, Financial Operations, and Administration

Requirements

• Strong pension industry experience in Defined Contributions or Final Salary operations administration and implementation
• High level of Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven client-facing experience with strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a heavy workload and own your time
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively problem-solve
