About the role
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts into welding jigs and tack them according to prints, drawings, or supervisor instructions
- Operate, clean, and inspect welding robots
- Use hand tools such as grinders and scrapers to ensure high-quality product finishing
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly workspace following 5S and management standards
- Participate in daily safety meetings and adhere to all safety rules and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven MIG welding experience and ability to pass an internal welding test
- Ability to read blueprints and layout parts to print
- Ability to understand and follow standard work instructions
- Knowledge of welding hazards and safety protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Certification in welding
