Mig Welder

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts into welding jigs and tack them according to prints, drawings, or supervisor instructions
• Operate, clean, and inspect welding robots
• Use hand tools such as grinders and scrapers to ensure high-quality product finishing
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly workspace following 5S and management standards
• Participate in daily safety meetings and adhere to all safety rules and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven MIG welding experience and ability to pass an internal welding test
• Ability to read blueprints and layout parts to print
• Ability to understand and follow standard work instructions
• Knowledge of welding hazards and safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Certification in welding
