About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise, support, and accompany pregnant patients during and after childbirth
- Support newborn nutrition until discharge
- Work closely with the delivery room
- Assist with breastfeeding management
- Provide guidance on newborn handling
- Perform metabolic tests and weight checks on newborns
- Assist pediatricians during examinations
Requirements
- Completed training as a midwife (Hebamme)
- Responsible way of working and acting
- High level of social commitment
- Empathic demeanor
