Midwife

Responsibilities

• Carry out morning, afternoon, and evening duties in rotation according to the service roster
• Provide nursing care and independent nursing interventions based on competencies
• Participate in hospital quality and patient safety improvement programs
• Prepare facilities, ensure equipment functionality, and maintain room safety and comfort
• Perform nursing assessments, determine client problems, and apply therapeutic goals
• Monitor patient health conditions and provide health education to patients and families
• Maintain medical recording and reporting systems, including patient handovers
• Communicate effectively and politely with patients and internal/external customers

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) Degree in Midwifery
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an inpatient area
