Midwife

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing services and carry out morning, afternoon, and evening duties in rotation
• Provide nursing care and independent nursing interventions according to competencies
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs
• Prepare facilities, ensure equipment functionality, and maintain medicine availability
• Perform nursing assessments, determine client problems, and implement care goals
• Monitor patient health conditions and provide health education to families
• Maintain medical recording and reporting systems accurately
• Manage patient handovers between shifts and provide orientation to new patients

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 6 months clinical experience in an inpatient area
• Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
