Midwife

Responsibilities

• Perform pregnancy check-ups and monitor fetal development
• Assist in the childbirth process to ensure a safe delivery experience
• Provide postpartum care, including breastfeeding support
• Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with obstetricians
• Offer emotional support and counseling to pregnant women

Requirements

• Diploma in Midwifery (D3 Kebidanan) from an accredited institution
• Active Midwife Registration Certificate (STR)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a midwife in a hospital setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care procedures
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
