Midwife

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing care to all inpatients under responsibility
• Perform morning, afternoon, and evening duties in rotation
• Provide nursing care with independent intervention based on competencies
• Participate in hospital quality and patient safety improvement programs
• Prepare facilities, equipment, and medicines for smooth nursing services
• Conduct nursing assessments and determine client nursing problems
• Apply goals and objectives to overcome nursing problems
• Monitor patient health conditions and provide health education to families
• Maintain medical recording and reporting systems accurately
• Perform patient handovers to the next shift nurse
• Maintain polite and therapeutic communication with patients and families

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an inpatient area
