Midwife

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing care to all inpatients under responsibility in accordance with hospital vision and mission
• Perform morning, afternoon, and evening duties in rotation according to service rosters
• Provide independent nursing interventions based on competencies and qualifications
• Participate in hospital quality and patient safety improvement programs
• Prepare facilities, ensure equipment functionality, and maintain room safety and comfort
• Conduct nursing assessments, determine client problems, and apply therapeutic goals
• Monitor patient health conditions and provide health education to patients and families
• Maintain accurate medical recording and reporting systems, including patient handovers
• Communicate effectively and politely with patients, families, and medical staff

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an inpatient area
