Midwife

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing care to outpatients and provide services in accordance with hospital vision and mission
• Perform morning, afternoon, and evening duties in rotation according to the service roster
• Implement nursing interventions and participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs
• Prepare facilities, ensure equipment functionality, and maintain medicine availability
• Conduct nursing assessments, determine client problems, and implement care goals
• Monitor patient health conditions and provide health education to patients and families
• Maintain medical recording and reporting systems and perform shift handovers
• Communicate effectively with doctors, pharmacy, and other departments

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an inpatient area
