Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and independent nursing interventions in maternity and midwifery services
- Perform nursing assessments, determine client problems, and implement care plans
- Monitor patient health conditions and provide health education to patients and families
- Manage medical recording and reporting systems, including patient handovers
- Ensure facility readiness by checking equipment, medicines, and room safety/comfort
- Participate in hospital quality and patient safety improvement programs
- Maintain professional communication and provide orientation to new patients
