Midwife

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing care to all inpatients under responsibility
• Provide nursing services in accordance with hospital vision, mission, and goals
• Perform morning, afternoon, and evening duties in rotation
• Implement independent nursing interventions based on competencies
• Participate in hospital quality and patient safety improvement programs
• Prepare facilities, equipment, and medicines for smooth service delivery
• Conduct nursing assessments and continuous monitoring of patient health
• Provide health education to patients and families
• Maintain accurate medical recording and reporting systems
• Perform patient handovers between shifts
• Maintain polite and therapeutic communication with patients and families

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an inpatient area
