Midwife

Responsibilities

• Accompany births, including spontaneous births, multiples, and breech presentations
• Monitor mother and child, perform CTGs, and escalate risks appropriately
• Manage the outpatient clinic by triaging and caring for patients in the labor ward outpatient clinic
• Advise parents on pregnancy, childbirth, and the early postpartum period
• Ensure digital and interprofessional documentation in collaboration with gynecology, neonatology, and anesthesia

Requirements

• State-recognized midwife (Hebamme)
• Ability to take responsibility in a Level-1 perinatal center
• Team-oriented mindset and appreciation for interprofessional collaboration
• Structured, empathetic, and proficient with digital tools
• Willingness to work with flexible working hour models
