Midwest Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape Midwest Commercial Service and Installation Operations by evaluating operational and sales activities
• Recommend and implement procedural improvements to increase customer satisfaction and profit margins
• Provide consultative leadership, advice, and career mentoring to employees
• Ensure staff follows company best practices, policies, and procedures
• Utilize division financial reports and metrics to manage daily operations
• Travel up to 25% to Midwest Region branches and satellite offices

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of management experience (multi-location experience preferred)
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Analytical ability to evaluate processes, financial results, and metrics
• Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems
