Midweight Interior Designer

We team up with passionate brands, clients and entrepreneurs to make their long-term vision a reality through concept development, creative interior design, graphic design & branding, franchising, advisory & operational services and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead or work on multiple F&B projects in the UK and abroad
• Develop strong concepts with clear core ideas and rationale
• Create narratives and storytelling moments that engage people
• Create palettes and source materials for design projects
• Create layouts and spatial design focusing on the guest experience
• Develop joinery details to suit project needs
• Produce or review detailed drawing packages and FF&E Specifications
• Assist and mentor junior designers
• Gather information for project budgets
• Liaise with consultants and contractors
• Report to Senior Designer or Design Director

Requirements

• Varied experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail projects
• Experience working on projects from concept to completion
• Strong technical skills for creating detailed drawing packages
• Experience producing detailed FF&E specifications with costings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and client presentations
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Proof of right to work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Proficiency in Vectorworks
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
