Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for 2-3 client accounts as a core member of project teams
• Work with creative teams to iterate on brand identities and deliver high-quality work
• Mentor junior designers by providing advice, feedback, and skill development
• Support pitches and incoming creative briefs by shaping initial concepts
• Develop brand identities that align with client consumer or corporate brands

Requirements

• 3+ years of agency-based design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Interest in motion design
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Confidence in Google Slides and Google Workspace
• Experience with Canva for creating flexible templates
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and identity work
