Responsibilities

• Build and maintain identity systems, toolkits, templates, and component libraries
• Develop logo systems, typography standards, colour systems, and design guidelines
• Design wayfinding systems, venue signage, and environmental graphics for events and activations
• Translate campaign concepts into large-format and spatial applications
• Own print production from concept through final delivery, including prepress and vendor coordination
• Manage relationships with printers, fabricators, and signage vendors
• Partner with the Graphic Designer and Executive Creative Director to elevate brand consistency

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a studio, agency, or in-house design environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems and scalable visual frameworks
• Proven experience in wayfinding, environmental graphics, or physical brand experiences
• Hands-on print production experience including prepress and fabrication processes
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong systems-thinking mindset
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Toronto

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics experience
• Experience with sports, lifestyle, streetwear, or fashion brands
• Experience with large-format production or dimensional fabrication
